Commands

Type / in the chat to pick one from a list. Many of them can also be asked for in plain English.

Analyse the current strategy

/validate

Robustness check: the run’s own trades re-split into folds (CPCV; not out-of-sample)

In the Tools menu: Robustness check.

Counts against the daily robustness-check limit. It does not lift the Honesty Score’s grade-C cap: only a held-out test does, a chosen card re-run once with /period over the hold-out years on your record; see caps.

/deploy

Simulate a prop-firm pass

In the Tools menu: Prop-firm pass check.

Example: /deploy ftmo

Also /deploy compare to rank firms, and /deploy custom with your own rules. See Prop-firm simulator.

/sweep

Parameter sweep on the tested window (in-sample; every value counts as a trial)

In the Tools menu: Parameter sweep.

Export and translate

/code

Export Pine / NinjaScript / EasyLanguage

In the Tools menu: Export code.

/code python returns the exact Python that ran the last backtest. See Exporting a strategy.

Market data lookups

/fundamentals

SEC EDGAR financials

In the Tools menu: Company financials.

Example: /fundamentals AAPL

Help

/bug

Report a bug: describe what went wrong, and see what is sent

In the Tools menu: Report a bug.

Example: /bug what went wrong

Opens the Report a bug form (also in the Help menu) and is never sent to the AI. You see what is attached before you send it; a chat is attached only if you tick the box.

Sent by a button, or typed

These are not in the Tools menu. Most are what a button or step in the app sends for you, so you rarely type them; each is listed with the control that sends it.

/montecarlo

10k-path Monte Carlo risk fan

The Run Monte Carlo button on a result sends it.

/tweak

Re-run the last strategy with new parameters (no AI)

Example: /tweak name=value

The Tweak control under a result sends it.

/period

Re-run the same strategy code over another window: 1y, 2y, 5y, max or two dates

Example: /period 5y

The Period buttons under a result send it.

/agree

Check whether your description pins the strategy down

Example: /agree go

Typed only. It writes several versions of the strategy from your description, so it uses AI allowance.

/explain

Explain the latest strategy rule-by-rule, with the math

The Explain button in the Code tab sends it; it runs by itself while Auto-explain is on.

/params

Confirm the numbers your description didn’t specify

Example: /params go

The confirmation step sends /params go when you press its run button.

/runcode

Run your edited code (Code tab → Edit → Run edited code)

The Run edited code button in the Code tab sends it.

/pine

Paste a Pine script to translate

No button: pasting a Pine script into the message does the same.

Not listed here

Some actions have no command at all. When the AI had to choose numbers your description did not give, the confirmation step asks you before anything runs (numbers the AI had to choose). Pine Script and Python need no command: paste the script into the message (your own code). Only a trades CSV can be attached, with Upload trades. To compare two runs, ask in plain words. Under a result, the Period buttons re-run the same code over another window.

A few commands are in beta and switched off on customer accounts; sending one says so and changes nothing. Data commands that need a data plan this service does not carry are not offered.
